Salman Borhani is an experienced and aggressive criminal defense and constitutional law attorney who represents clients in a vast variety of criminal defense cases ranging from traffic matters and DUIs to misdemeanors and serious felonies. Mr. Borhani’s complex criminal law practice included being part of the defense team at the Sierra Leone War Crimes Tribunal. Mr. Borhani earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University (multiple Dean’s List recipient), his master’s degree from the Whitehead School of Diplomacy at Seton Hall University, and his law degree from John F. Kennedy University.
In addition to his criminal defense practice, Mr. Borhani is a Certified Mediator, a contributing editor for the United Nations Association, and has served as the editor of two academic journals.
