Murder Cases in L.A.

Los Angeles Murder Defense Attorney

Murder is considered to be the most heinous of crimes, as in order to have committed murder, there must have been malice aforethought.  This means that a plan was made to kill another human being, and then the plan was carried out.  Manslaughter charges, however, do not include advance planning but could be accidental (as in DUI or negligence cases).  If you or a loved one is facing a murder charge, this is the most serious of all criminal charges, and the penalties in California could include the death penalty.  Your life is actually at stake if you are facing a murder charge and immediate action must be taken to defend you.  A Los Angeles murder defense lawyer should be contacted from the moment of the arrest.

The Law Offices of Robert Schwartz:  Skilled Murder Defense Attorney

When murder is the charge, you require the strongest of attorneys to fight for you.  Attorney Robert Schwartz has over 30 years of experience in the criminal court system, and has been named "Trial Attorney of the Year" in 2007 by the Los Angeles Criminal Courts Bar Association.  A trial attorney is a specific talent.  Not all attorneys have the skill to present a compelling case to the jury, in a convincing and understandable fashion that result in increasing reasonable doubt.  A client being fully exonerated of the crime is always the goal in a murder defense case; however, each case is different and how to proceed will be determined after a review and evaluation of the case and the evidence law enforcement has obtained.

Take advantage of the years of experience and proven success of the legal team at the Law Offices of Robert Schwartz if you or a loved one has been charged with murder.  If you are under investigation for a murder, you can be quite certain that you will shortly be arrested.  Contact legal representation immediately if you are being questioned by investigators regarding any murder charge.  Do not answer any questions without first contacting an attorney from the Law Offices of Robert Schwartz to protect your rights and advise you how to proceed.
