Two Friends Involved in Shooting

Two friends became involved in a shooting last week in Berrien County, Michigan. An arrest was finally made in the shooting case that occurred inside a local residence on the 1300 block of South Third Street around 2 a.m.

As soon as it happened, the shooter took the victim to the hospital to get medical attention. Police were alerted about the incident and immediately went to Lakeland HealthCare where the victim, a 20- year-old male was being taken care of. When they were in the building, they noticed another young man who was covered in bloodstains. Upon questioning him they discovered that it was actually his friend that had been admitted.

He told the police that his friend had been "accidentally" shot.

The victim has since been moved to a hospital in South Bend, Indiana. His wounds have been cleared as non-threatening.

At this time police are not releasing any more information about these violent crimes.
